I am intrigued by the three trolls and their attire. On reading the chapter about Tom, Bert and William I had always imagined them to be fully attire apart from the feet. Bilbo did a pickpocket job on one of these giants and seeing them displayed in this way has left me wondering whether this book event will eventually make it to the screen.
Where on earth on these pieces of loin cloths would they put a pocket?
