The name in Adûnaic of the nineteenth of the Kings of Númenor. He was the son of Tar-Calmacil. Abattârik was the second king whose name was spoken aloud in the Adûnaic tongue. His name in Quenya was Tar-Ardamin. He was succeeded by his son Ar-Adûnakhôr or Tar Herunúmen.

*Note* The name of Ardamin (Abattârik) does not appear in the "Tale of Years" in Appendix B of "The Lord of the Rings". This name appears though in the "Line of Elros" in "Unfinished Tales".
