Erellont was one of the three mariners who accompanied Eärendil on Vingilot on all his voyages.
The other mariners were Falathar and Aerandir.
When they landed in the Bay of Eldamar, Eärendil warned the three mariners and Elwing not to set foot or they would fall under the wrath of the Valar.
