Mirabella was the maternal grandmother of Frodo Baggins.

She was the second youngest of all of the Old Took's twelve children, her brother Isengard Took the only who was younger than she.

Mirabella married Gorbadoc Brandybuck and had seven children of her own, one of whom was Primula Brandybuck, who was the mother of Frodo.
