Nori

A dwarf of Durin’s Folk, and distantly related to Thorin Oakenshield.
In The Hobbit Nori was a member of Thorin and Company on the Quest of Erebor in TA 2941. Little is said of him there except that he wore a purple hood, and played the flute. He was particularly disgruntled at Gandalf’s disappearance in the Lone Lands.
Nori fought in the Battle of Five Armies. He survived, and later settled at the Lonely Mountain. He was still alive at the time of the War of the Ring. His date of death is unknown.
