An ancient six-day holiday/festival origonally celebrated by North Men but also taken up by the Hobbits during the beginning of the Third Age.

The holiday continued to be celebrated by the Hobbits through the time they settled in the Shire. By the time of the War of the Ring, the festival period fell between 29th Foreyule and 2nd Afteryule.
