Silent Recitals by Ringbearer4now
Silent Recitals
Home again
Like the rising sun setting.
Home again
Like a wind-torn leaf.
Home again
Like the rhythm withstanding
The monotone of the Sea.
Like folds in Time come together,
Like echoed words growing faint,
Like failing Life sewn to Forever:
Beginning meadows to ending bays.
With love for Death on outspread wings;
With love for Life on parted bows
I rest my head, as to fall asleep,
In silent recitals of my vows.
From Death I retrace my steps to Life
Yet turn my back to the rising sun
And blind myself with fading light,
Then drown myself in tears of Love.

Very beautiful. It flows perfectly, and the underlying meaning is profoundly stressed.
Your poems are so beautifully seamless! I love them. If they were people I’d hug them. I’ll hug you instead *hug*
