When you change your userinfo and decide you didn’t like the change, you must re-enter the userinfo edit area by going back into “My Account”. If you use the “back” button, the system will not allow you to change the information as it isn’t pulling up the most recent data.

No. Having two accounts for any purpose is against site rules. You can have as many role play characters as you like, but there is no need to have a separate account for any of them.

Have you been checking the “remember me” box? You need to do this otherwise CoE will sometimes log you out. If you cant see the “remember me” box try logging in from the front page of the site rather than the forums.
