when I travelled to Ireland last spring i visited a shop/factory that makes pewter miniatures of characters and scenes throughout Tolkien's novels.
The shop is called Mithril Miniatures and can be found at
http://www.mithril.ie/
I left there with miniatures of The Fellowship, Shelob- with Frodo Sam and Gollum, and Treebeard with the Hobbits in his arms.
Some of the miniatures need to be glued and most aren't painted ( Treebeard was) so they aren't for everybody.

I should add that they also sell toy soldiers at the same shop.

With the halloween season coming up, I thought I would post this:
http://www.alleycatscratch.com/lotr/ It is a site devoted to costumes from LotR, and it may help if you are planning to dress up as something from Middle Earth.

It shows how to MAKE them only, and you can not buy from them.

Okay, I play Parmadur for a moment and remind you that we also have a store here, v. nifty. Try there, and this site gets a share of the profits.

Probably the wrong place for this but here's a URL for a place that makes LOTR stuff. Keychains with photos on both sides instead of one, shirts, sweatshirts and more.

http://www.geocities.com/tammy_suto/HandmadeLordoftheRingsNovelties.html

May have to play with the URL some. I probably didn't write it right.

Nice items for the Holiday season. Especially magnets and keychains.

www.uniquities.com
A British website, sells jewellery, swords and other collectibles, such as pewter cups. Very good as there are few British sites, most are American so charge a small fortune for exporting, also has fast delivery.

Hey dol! merry dol! ring a dong dillo!

Old Tom frequents these sites:

The Mithril Armoury - proprietor Ginger "Elbren" Wages sells replica weapons at great prices as well as jewelry, banners, and a host of other items.

Sideshow Toy sells statues, busts, and other pieces designed by WETA. Their items are extremely popular, often selling out before they're even released.

The Noble Collection sells beautiful, albeit somewhat pricey, LOTR collectibles

Check out the Spiderwebart Gallery featuring the art of the Brothers Hildebrandt.

The Shire Post is the place to go to get coins of the Shire.

Tom Bom, jolly Tom, Tom Bombadillo!

Oohh! I:heart:the Noble Collection. I have two items from them, and they're really great! As far as I know, so far I think it might be the only place where you can get the phial(movie version) that Galadriel gave to Frodo.

Hi guys- found a site on eBay that does Arwen's Headdress in Return of the King (the coronation one) it's sold by "Arcturus Jewelry" don't know what the link is, but I guess you can just do a shop or an item search. It's called "Elven Coronation Headdress" and it looks stunning!
And they deliver anywhere!

Just for anyone who is interested or does'nt know, i found the site of the people who made the elven cloaks for the movies! They sell reproductions of the cloaks in the same material with or without the elven brooch. For anyone who is especially picky, the pin on the brooch goes the way it's supposed to. They also sell the brooch seperatly for a little over a hundred dollars USA. They have a currency converter to help with that. You'll have to do a bit of poking around to find the cloak. Here's the site:

Good US site for action figures, etc. They combine some items at a great price; and also offer "exclusives".

Anyone who is still on the lookout for the Wormtongue figure made by toybiz should check out 'lordoftheringscatalog.com', they seem to have him in stock for around $12.

Just wanted to let everyone know that Amazon.com has the Fell Beast (w/32-inch wing span) on sale for under $20. That's the best price I've seen.

Amazon has other LOTR items as well, with great prices and low shipping charges.

The only place that sells items that I know for sure are of great quality is noblecollection.com. I have both Arwen's Butterfly Riding Pin and Evenstar Pendant and they are made extaordinarily well. My sister has the One Ring and Galadriel's Phial and they are of no less quality.

They have many action figures old and new on toyglobe.com and cmdstore.com some are reasonable but some are extremely high priced and shipping is a bit high too. But for those hard to find ones that you must have it's worth a shot.

Have you heard of "The Lord Of The Rings" strategy battle game. Go to [a href="http://www.games-workshop.com"]www.games-workshop.com[/a] & follow the links. In that site, there is a shop where you can buy the minatures but they come unassembled & unpainted. If you want to paint them, search for the painting articles. But if you want to buy them now, go to your nearest Games Workshop store. There are some in the UK, Australia, New Zealand & some other countries.

have a few of the swords. they're not the official licensed ones but they seem to look very similar and are made with the same metal as the more expensive ones I've seen.

My Middle-earth auction site launched this week -
http://www.fen-ruim.com

Only got some of my Weta stuff on at moment, but would love to see a whole range of collectibles listed, from books to replica armour, everyone and everything welcome. It's not free listing, but is not costly either!

Your thoughts on it would be great to hear. Thanks.
