A great chapter by all accounts! The build up to There and Back Again and the reasoning behind his faith in Bilbo...

Smaug wouldn't recognise the smell! Simple but brilliant at the same time...

The persuasion of Gandalf to get the Dwarves to accept this stranger into the company was also entertaining and enlightening!
