I am not sure Gollum can be trusted but I still would have him as a guide.

Would you rather make swords in Gondolin or mine for jewels in Erebor?

Making swords need the knowledge of a highly trained smith. So hacking away at the walls of mines seems more compatible with my skills.

Would you rather be a miner in Erebor or in Moria?

I'll take the mushrooms, stuffed and nicely breaded.

Tough one. But an Ent is closer to what I am (earth-bound), learning to fly as such a huge eagle - better not.

Would you rather be a Silvan Elf in Lothlorien or in Thranduil's realm?

Drive by the White Tree, of course! Nothing beats seeing it in real life.

Very tough one.
Aragorn.
Just thinking about Beowulf, which is "only" about 1500 years ago (the time it is supposed to take place, not the time it was written down).
And Beren is roughly 6500 years before Aragorn? In a time when Morgoth still was the Dark Lord ...
Yep, Aragorn.

Would you rather go mining with Fëanor or with Durin the first?

With Durin.

If you could change one huge part of Arda's history, would you rather keep Morgoth from destroying the Trees, or make sure the Ring was destroyed in the Second Age?
Far over the Misty Mountains cold, to dungeons deep and caverns old. We must away ere break of day, to claim our long forgotten gold.

Keep Morgoth from destroying the Trees, the Ring gets destroyed anyways and the Trees aren't saved.

Would you rather be an Elf in the First, Second, or Third Age?

Flowers. I'm not a fan of mushrooms.

WYR ride with Orome or sail with Earendil?

Sail with Earendil so I could "accidently" bump him overboard

Shelob. She's much bigger, uglier and impressive than any known Warg.

Bilbo. I'd rather see Erebor than Mordor... though it'd be a shame to miss out on Lothlorien.

WYR bear a Ring of Power or a Silmaril?
