What does Aragorn say to his horse when he finally makes it to Helm's Deep? He pats its neck and says something in elvish. Does anyone have a translation? Thanks!

It'd be best to ask this in the Language forum.

I may have found the answer to your question on another website, but I will not post it here in case the information I found was incorrect, instead I have sent you a PM containing that said information. However as I said it may be incorrect so I suggest that you ask the language forum

According to 'Elvish Movie Scripts' in the Langauges of Middle-earth section of CoE, Aragorn says 'Mae carnen, Brego, mellon nîn,' which translates as 'Well done, Brego, my friend'.

Yep, that's what it is.
We were one in the same, running like moths to the flame. You'd hang on every word I'd say, but now they only ricochet.
