No, it is Théoden's rallying cry before the Rohirrim attack in the Battle of the Pelennor Fields, at the end of RoTK chapter V "The Ride of the Rohirrim." What of it ended up in the movie? Don't remember.

TSAM can only be said by an Elf (in ME, anyway).
