Post translation help please

I am planning on getting a tattoo with the words "true love" translated to the tengwar quenya script. I just want to verify that I am writing correctly... I am unsure mostly of doing the "ue" at the end of true.

According to your description I suppose you just want the English words "true love" changed into tengwar, thus without translation into Quenya.
In that case you best use http://tengwar.art.pl/tengwar/ott/start.php?l=en
In the top rectangle you type "true love" and as output format you choose "tengwar quenya" and then click on transcribe.
