WYR ride a fell beast or a mumakil? (You can control both by the way, so no danger of falling off etc)

Knowing the outcome, working with Orcs making weapons is Image Image

Working in the Houses of Healing during and after the Battle of the Pelennor Fields is something you need very good nerves for (think M*A*S*H), but I think I would still prefer that.

Would you rather be Sam or Merry/Pippin at the Grey Havens after Frodo and ... had sailed away in the Elven boat at the end of LoTR?

Sam, because he will get to see Frodo again in the Valinor someday. And if I went to the Valinor I would get to meet so many amazing elves and maiar !!!

Heh. I'd want to go to Valinor, see the trees, then sail to Middle-Earth and explore. If I have to choose one, I'd stay in Valinor, close to the Valar.
