Wondering if someone can help me translate Fallen Starlight into Quenya? It is meant to be a name. Thanks.

Also, can Silme Atalantea be used for a female?

Lantaina silmë.
Quenya words can in principle be used for both genders.

(atalantëa is wrong because it implies the starlight is ruined or destroyed; and unless there's a special reason not to adjectives always precede their nouns).
