Post language map of Middle Earth
on: September 06, 2016 04:58
Hello folks... isn't it ironic that the best known and best developped languages are Quenya ( which is almost died out by War of the Ring) and Sindarin , which together are spoken by Elves who make no more than 7% of population?

So how are the languages spread out in Middle Earth ?
I d be happy if we could draw a map similar to the one on the muturzikin website.

What we know : Gondor, Shire and parts of Arnir speaks Westron, Rohan Rohirric, Dwarves Khuzdul...

The Druedain have their own idioms

And Quenya was indeed only rarely used in Middle Earth in the Third Era, but it remained the main language of Aman.
