Post Tattoo in Tengwar meaning

Hey guys,

so I came across a tattoo written in Tengwar, which didn't make much sense to me. I simply wasn't able to translate it, so I was wondering if you could help me with it.
The script looks like this:

I suppose it is meant to be "not all those who wander are lost"
Correct would be: lá ilye i ranyar vanwe nar
