Oddly enough, I was out to dinner recently, and I did imbibe some wine: a lovely Pinot Noir.

Yes, I had a non-digital compact camera when I was nine years old, and I had a disposable camera before that.

Not anymore. But when I enter our apartment, I immediately turn right into my bedroom and take off my shoes there (or with weather conditions having been vile – like snow / slush – before I enter the apartment). But about 20 years ago, when I was in South Korea for 8 months for a project, yes. (South) Korean apartments have an entrance section maybe four feet long, and half a step lower than the rest of the apartment, with a (built-in?) shoe rack to one side, in which the house and outside shoes are stored to be able to exchange them at appropriate times.

TNP wears house slippers while at home.

Nope. The Island is my playground. Lots to do, and lots to see in my own backyard, so to speak.

Never mind, several other inhabitants of our 64-apartment house, having decidedly greener thumbs than I (or even my wife) sport, take care of such activities very nicely.

TNP needs to eliminate some weeds before being able to plant more aesthetically pleasing botanical species.

I've actually just finished weeding, but will likely have to do it again before planting begins. It's still too cold here to plant anything.

Very definitely umbrella. Actually, I would prefer to have had to use an umbrella more often in recent times, for rain, of which we have had far too little. In the last few days, an umbrella would have occasionally been useful – as a sunshade!

TNP uses a rain cape when bicycling in rainy weather – no paltry drizzle will keep them from riding their bicycle!

Being somewhat of a completist nut, it’s probably unavoidable (though the source material as per my memory is even thinner than that for Beren & Lúthien …).

TNP considers Game of Thrones to be a match for Lord of The Rings.

Generally yes, but I’m afraid they would get polluted by Hollywood’s narrow-minded cookie-cutter garbage thinking, which has made so much in the last 40 years look like a stale Dallas or Dynasty clone (and THEY went stale for me after about five minutes).

TNP has tried their hand at clay pottery using a potter's wheel.

Actually, I really don’t remember a single occasion.

TNP was (is) active in school sports (the extracurricular ones, not regular physical education classes).
