Post Am I allowed to Create Lessons Based Off of This Website?

Hello! I'm a programmer, and I was planning on making a website dedicated to teaching Quenya to my friends and the internet!!! Am I allowed to use the Council of Elrond lessons along with my own, or is it against policy??? If I can't, would I be able to use it if I cite the lessons from Council of Elrond???

I would recommend contacting the admins and/or Helge Fauskanger for permission.
