Post Tolkienverse Hangman - Part 4

As a new game has just begun, it's time for a new start.

The quote can be from any of Tolkien's works, including The Hobbit, The LoTR, The Silmarillion, Letters, or any of the movies; however if you are "deviating from the usual", please advise the other players.

Rules: Post individual letters and guess the quote.

I have moved the last three posts of the previous thread.

It can get quite tedious filling in the letters and mistakes can happen. There is a program to help the setter fill in the letters and blanks if you want to use it. The text and letters are saved and loaded when the file is opened again. Download it using this dropbox link. Read the text file to see what it is and how it works. The program is just an html file and uses javascript.

Thanks morelkor. The next version will use a cookie to save the text and letters, much better. I don't know how to use cookies yet.

Nope, never mind, I've got it!

Silently, clinging to the rocky wall on their right, they went in single file along the ledge, till the wall opened and they turned into a little steep-walled bay, grassy-floored, still and quiet. Its entrance which they had found could not be seen from below because of the overhang of the cliff, nor from further off because it was so small that it looked like a dark crack and no more.
