HI! I'm a canadian too. Live in Calgary where my children and grandchildren also reside.I just joined this forum very recently because I love the LOTR books and PJ's movies.

umm...hello

. I live in ontario

. about an hour and a half from toronto, my dad lives there though so I get to visit there occasionally. Does anyone live in st catharines, niagara on the lake, niagara falls, chipawa etc. somewhere around or in those areas...? lots of my friends do but they're not interested in LotR:cry:
If you don't want to post specific cities you can pm me or just say you live in the general areas I mentioned

I live in Thunder Bay, ON- that's on the northwest corner of Lake Superior.

There are lot of LOTR fans here, but I don't think many are on this forum. I know of former CoE members living in Winnipeg, another one here and a current member who lives in St. Gabriel de Valcontier, but I will let her speak for herself.

In Thunder Bay we just had Tolkien Reading Day on Friday night and 21 people showed up at a local restaurant. There are at least 5 more from a little gang that hangs out together, who couldn't be there.

Nice to see you all ! Hey - can we get Gandalf or Elrond to run for office ? Canada needs some serous help right now
