No comments yet?! Well; I always HATED Curufin, Caranthir and Celegorm; they are all block-headed idiots for
not listening to Maglor and Maedhros; you can just see the tension here
I agree with above! and the picture’s wonderful!
Maedhros seemed to be the wisest of the sons of Feanor. I’m glad that Fingolfin was the High King instead of..
Maedhros. It just seems better that way.
Aye, Maedhros was the wisest of all the Feanorion, especialy since he recognized himself as a fool!.
Lovely picture, by the way! Two of my favorite elves by one of favorite artists.
I feel sorry for the middle three Feanorians. Theyr’e portrayed as the ‘mean ones’, and everyone seems to hate
them just because Tyelkormo and Atarinke weren’t very nice to Beren and Luthien, and Carnistir didn’t really
do anything bad (besides the Kinslayings)! He was nice to the Halethrim, at least. And Curufin confronted Eol,
who killed Aredhel, and who can hate an animal-lover like Celegorm? I think that Feanor corrupted his sons,
especially the middle three, and he was only corrupt because of the Silmarils and Morgoth. And Feanor only
made the Silmarils because Galadriel denied him some of her hairs! So it’s really Galadriel’s fault (and
Morgoth’s) that everything happened, along with Finwe marrying Indis…
Galadriel has a gift of “seeing inside” people and she never really liked Fëanor. That was the reason why she
said no. And did’nt he ask Galadriel her hair because they would have aided him to make the Silmarillions? She
is very insightful so I don’t blame her. I think she saw what was coming and did’nt agree to help any to make
it happen sooner. Morgoth lay his shadow over Fëanor on purpose, to make him believe that it was the fault of
his half brothers and the Valar. He is to blame most, all the elves just tried to do their best, even if it
lead to ill. And it did. It’s exactly what Morgoth was after. His lies are stronger than any of his armies.
But yet valar admitted it’s good that Silmarillions existed because the two trees had died. I’m thinking of
this too much, maybe I should make a forum topic about what you said.
they don’t look like elves really. Otherwise this pic really says a lot
