i thought in the book it said you couldn’t see it’s face which includes his eyes. but i like it though

I never liked any kind of conception where the Nazgul have glowing eyes. It always reeks of Bakshi.

spectacular! the beautiful atmosphere is ominous. I’ve always loved and admired the work of John Howe,
but this is gorgeous! In the movie these guys were some of my favorite. =]
I thought all the Nazgul had names, except the WK. There’s Khamul, Uvatha, Adunakhor, Adunaphel, Ren, Indur,
Hoarmurath….and someone else I’ve forgotten.

Ireth Telrunya-(I think) there was a prophecy that said no man would kill the Witch-King. I guess people
assumed that meant he couldn’t be killed

I think Mithril Miniatures came up with the names. I always liked the names, but not the idea that some were
Easterlings, Haradrim, ect. Anywho, I think this picture is pretty good.
As to the death matter, my theory is that the Witch-King would have returned, given time, like he did after
they died at Bruinen.
They were all going to die anyway, because they were bound to the one adn it was destroyed. Sort of like my
reaction if they ever banned lotr *shudders at the thought*

Where did the name “Murazor” come from? I’ve never heard that one.
Okay, got it (thanks to Wikipedia). He was given the name Er-Murazor in the old RPG. Works for me.
Khamul of East is indeed the only one Nazgul, whose name is known. I’ve heard about that Er-Murazor but…
I don’t think Tolkien is told his name(Witch-King’s name I mean)
and Nazguls don’t die,until The One Ring is not destroyed – they just become ethereal – without bodies

Khamûl is indeed the only one with a name but on a sidenote, didn’t Gandalf say that they were normal horses?
The one the Mouth was riding was disscribed as hidious but Tolkien never said anything out of the ordinary

Makes sense that some of the Nazgul would be Easterlings/Haradrim, since they were Sauron’s main (only?) human
allies in the War of the Ring.
