He IS an Andalusian, the breed that the merry-go-round horses were modeled after
beautiful horse! And gyes; an andalusian can look like an arabian…
It is an arabian, you can tell by the tail.

that horse is not white (in fact he’s grey,trust me) and he looks spanish to me but I wish I had the same

Yeah, it does look like an Arabian….you can also tell by the “scoop” in it’s face.

I LOVE it!!! I always thought of him as a Lippanzaner (or however you spell it), but now that I think of it…
Shadowfax is beautiful. I think he’s an Arabian, he definetly has the face.
Of course he’s not white, he’s grey so is the Shadowfax in the movies. The only true white horse is an Albino.
Also Shadowfax IS a Lipizanner, but Asfolath is an Andalusian. I’ve been around horses for 15 years I love em!

Okay, have horse encyclopedia in lap, this is an Arab, the horse that plays Shadowfax is a Lippizan,
and Asfaloth is an Andalusian. Once again, this is definately an Arabian, possibly a Shagya Arab.
