It's back to school for many realm members. We have lots of things going on in the realm to keep you busy when you just on't feel like doing homework. :P Consider some of the following:
- Help put together a Lorien themed garden. We need images and plant descriptions.
- Attend a dream party.
- Help Lorien win Iluvatar's Sceptre. There are many ways to help out CoE. Everything you submit that receives points goes towards the realm's point total. The realm with the most points at the end of three months wins the sceptre. So while you're sitting around trying to find a cure for your bordem you can search out news, make ecards and bookmarks, find images for the gallery, or write articles for various sections. Please help!

Summer is finally here! Yunathesummoner is starting her first term as realm leader. Thank you, mr_weewee, for helping to make Lorien great!
Lorien's brand new theater is putting on a production of its first play- Sleeping Beauty. We need a King! So if you're interested, please stop by the Fun & Games forum. We could also use backstage helpers, random towns people, and trees. Come and join the fun!

Happy May! This month is a bit of a slow month for the realm, but we still have lots going on! Our Middle-earth Shoppe is ready for business! This is your one stop shop for anything you could ever want. If you need something to wear to our Spring Fling Ball, then this is the place to look! We have also begun our search for treasure in the Middle-earth treasure hunt. Who knows what we could find... For all of you gardeners out there, we're beginning to put together our Lorien themed garden for the LHH. Please post any ideas that you have.

Wow, it's almost March already! Here's some of what's going on in the wonderful realm of Lórien...
- Work on the April edition of the Council Courier has begun! The October edition was a big success and so now we're doing one for spring. Details on our genius, exciting plans are in the gardens.
- Lots of new games in the Fun & Games forum!
- Guilty Fans: Are you an obsessed LotR fan? Confess!
- Caption Game: A new LotR image will be posted weekly. Be sure to come add a funny little, comment, phrase, or anything else goofy.
- These aren't new, but our Pie war and ice cream parlor are loads of fun! The more participating, the merrier. :D
- Candy heart scavenger hunt: Yup, still doing this. Can you find all the yummy candies?
- We're also reading Peter Pan in the Book Club. It's not too late to start reading with everyone else!
So come one and all and check out all of our fun activities!

Happy February, everyone! This is a very busy and exciting month for the realm. So many things to do and so little time! We have just began reading Peter Pan in the book club. The discussion is going great so far! :D Our Mystic Flavors Ice Cream Parlor has officially opened in the Fun & Games forum. Come have some ice cream with us and celebrate special events. There's lots of them coming up! They include Chinese New Year and Valentine's Day. We have tons of things planned for these events, so be sure to stop by the forum on the 9th and the 14th to join the fun. A discussion of true love is already up in the Gardens and we're busily decorating the ice cream parlor for the New Year. Hope to see many of you there! :D

Congrats to mr_weewee, our realm elected leader! She'll be joining Lady_Jennifer and myself in our brilliant schemes. The next election will take place in March. So the more active you are in the realm, the better chance you have at becoming a leader. *hint hint*
