Council of Elrond - Sam's Recipe Box

Description: A really easy and delicious dessert for two. Basically you can use whatever ice cream and fruits you like.

Ingredients

2 bananas
Vanilla ice cream
Chocolate sauce
2 dl whipped cream
(3 tablespoons chopped nuts)
1 peach
4 cherries
1 tin pineapple

Instructions

Peel the bananas and peach. Remove the stones from the peach and cherries. Split up each banana in two on the length. Take 2 plates and put two banana halves on each plate.
Divide the ice cream in four parts and put 2 parts on each banana plate. Whipp the cream and divide into lumps over the ice cream. Pour chocolate sauce over it.
Cut the peach and cherries in smaller pieces. Put the fruit over the cream for decoration. Pour the nuts over everyhting.
