Ingredients

2 eggs
3 decilitres sugar
2½ decilitres flour
3 tablespoons dark chocolate powder
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
100 grams margarine
(½ decilitre nuts)

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C. Melt the margarine and let it cool.Whip the sugar, the eggs and the vanilla sugar together. Add the melted margarine and the flour. Then add the chocolate powder. If you like, you can also add the nuts at this point, but they can be excluded. Whip the blend until it's smooth.

Butter a baking tin, and put flour in it so that the cake will not stick to the baking tin. Pour the blend into the baking tin and put it in the oven for about 25 minutes. Check with a fork to see if the cake is ready. Remove from oven and let cool.
