Ingredients

2 ripe bananas
half or 1 cup of cold milk
5 ice cubes
a quarter teaspoon of vanilla
1 or 2 teaspoons of sugar-per person

EQUIPMENT:
a blender

Instructions

Plug in blender. Put your 2 bananas in it. Next pour your milk and put your ice cubes in. Then pour the vanilla in and blend it until it sounds pretty smooth. Pour it into to glasses and put your sugar in (don't forget to mix it in). Now you're ready to enjoy a healthy treat!
