Ingredients
2 cups flour1 3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1tbsp. baking soda
2/3 cup oil
1cup buttermilk (if you cannot buy buttermilk add 2 tbsp vinegar to 1 cup milk).
1cup strong instant coffee
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Mix flour, sugar, cocoa and baking soda. Add oil and buttermilk.Stir until well blended and add hot coffee gently. The batter will have a soupy consistency. Bake in a 9x13 pan for 35-40 minutes. Turn out, leave to cool and enjoy!

Absolutely scrumptcious! I tried it with a bit of powdered sugar on it. Not an overly sweet dish, and not bitter. I love it.
