Ingredients
2 big potatoesSalt to taste
Johnny?s Seasoning Salt to taste
2 tbsp. garlic powder or ground garlic
2 tbs.p onion powder
½ cup milk
Instructions
Boil potatoes until soft enough to mash (to make life easier, chop them into tiny cubes and then boil), about 20 minutes. When finished, put them in a separate bowl and mash well by hand or with mixer.After potatoes are nice and creamy without lumps, add salt and mix. Then add garlic, mix thoroughly; add onion powder, and so on, until you?ve added everything. Add milk and mix well.

Mashed taters is one of my favorite things to eat and I am goingto have to try it. It looks too good to pass up.
I made this, and it was great, but instead of using milk I used sour cream. It turned out very well.
