Prep Time: 8 min. prep; overnight refrigeration
Difficulty: Intermediate
Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter2/3 cup undiluted evaporated or whole milk
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups mini marshmallows (can substitute fluff, or large marsmallows)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
Combine butter, sugar, salt and milk in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil for 4 minutes, then remove from the heat.Stir in the marshmallows, chocolate chips, and vanilla. Stir vigorously for 1 minute, or until marshmallows melt (if not melting can stir on low heat for 1 minute.). Pour into a foiled 8" pan and chill overnight.
Cut into small pieces and serve.

super good! some of the best fudge i’ve ever had. make sure you keep it refridgerated because i (stupidly) left it out all day and had to eat it with afork but it was still delicous
