Serves: Makes about three dozen (depending on size)

Ingredients
1 cup butter1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 ½ cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 Fº.Combine first four ingredients in a bowl. Add eggs and vanilla; mix. Stir in remaining ingredients. Mixture will be a little crumbly
Form dough into small 1-inch diameter balls and roll in sugar.
Bake 8 minutes. Take out and flatten with a fork, then bake 2 more minutes.
Cool on wax paper.

This is a very good recipe. I made them today, and though they tasted a little bit doughy (or maybe the word I’m looking for is flour-y), they’re pretty good!
