Ingredients
2/3 cup sugar1/3 cup flour
1/3 tsp. cinnamon
Pinch grated lemon peel
3 cups fresh berries (any type)
Prepared pastry crust
Butter
Milk
Extra sugar for sprinkling
Instructions
Heat the oven to 425 degrees.Mix sugar, flour, cinnamon, and grated lemon peel. Mix with fresh berries (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, boysenberries).
Pour into a pastry-lined pie pan. Dot with butter. Cover with the top crust, brush with milk, and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake 35 -45 minutes. If the crust begins to brown too much, cover the edges with tin foil.
