Ingredients

2 large carrots, chopped
1 rutabaga, chopped into chunks
2 good-sized turnips, chopped
1 can (about 1 1/4 c.) chicken or vegetable broth
Seasonings to taste (salt, pepper, etc.)

Instructions

Add all chopped ingredients into a pot with broth.

Simmer till vegetables are soft. Season, then mash and cook on low till ready to serve.
