Ingredients

1 lbs. Portabello mushrooms
4 tbsp. butter
1 teaspoon salt
4-5 regular slices Mozzerella cheese

Instructions

Clean, pit, and chop mushrooms into quarter-sized pieces.

Melt butter in large frying pan over medium heat. Add salt and stir well.

Add mushrooms, cooking until golden brown but not burnt. Cover with Mozzerella slices. Melt cheese for 30 seconds.

Remove from pan carefully to avoid breaking up mushrooms.

For extra zip, use half slices Swiss and the other half slices Mozzerella.
