Description: I made these for a Lord of the Rings party and they were a big hit! Very simple to make.

Ingredients
1 box chocolate cake mix1 tube red icing (or white with red food dye if you don't like the flavor of packaged red icing)
1 package "gold" ring wedding favors
Instructions
Make cupcakes according to recipe on cake mix box. After they are cooled, scoop out a hole in the top about 3/4 inch across. Fill with red icing, sqeezing some down the sides to look like lava. Finish by adding a "gold" wedding ring in the center. Perfect for a Lord of the Rings birthday party or March 25!

Whats special about march 25? Anyways, the recipe rox. But i used strawberry mix instead since im allergic to chocolate. 😉
Look very good. I think March 25 was when the ring was destroyed.
