Ingredients

3 cups cold cooked millet
4 tablespoons chopped nuts
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 rib celery, diced
4 green onions, snipped
2 tablespoons golden raisins
1 tablespoon Bragg's Amino or soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste




Instructions

Fry the millet and nuts with the oil in a large skillet. Keep stirring and add the other ingredients. Serve warm. Serves four as a main dish, 6 or 7 as a side dish. If you are not vegan, you can beat two eggs and add them to the millet after the nuts and before the veggies. Keep stirring as the eggs cook.
