Ingredients

2 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/8 cup sugar
1 apple (I like Fugi apples)
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup oatmeal



Instructions

Slice apple into quarters. Leave skin on for best taste. Place in small dish. Cover with cinnamon, sugar, raisins, walnuts, and oatmeal. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

*add a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an even yummier taste!*
