Ingredients

1 cup diced fruit (fresh is better, but canned works just as well.)
1 8oz container of yogurt (vanilla is all-purpose, but you can always match it to your fruit)
1/4 cup milk
3/4 cup small ice cubes (or a few big ones)

Instructions

In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. If desired, top with whipped cream and/or additional fresh fruit, or even a sprig of fresh mint.

Tried and true combos:
Peaches & Vanilla yogurt
Strawberries & vanilla yogurt
Raspberries & Choc/rasp yogurt (a healthy solution to that chocolate craving!)
Pitted cherries & Key Lime yogurt (an interesting combo, but nonetheless tasty!)
