Description: A simple dessert from the heart of the elvenking's halls in Mirkwood. Jello whipped with cream cheese, fruit and nuts!

Ingredients

1 small package fruit-flavored jello
1 cup boiling water
1 cup cream cheese (or neufachel)
fruit (same as the jello flavor)- to taste
chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)- to taste

Instructions

Bring 1 cup water to boil, and dissolve jello in the water. Cool it to room temperature before continuing. To speed cooling, you can stir in ice cubes, but be sure to remove them before they melt too much!
In a bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy (like you would for frosting). Gradually add in the dissolved jello, mixing until the lumps have dissapeared and mixture is foaming. Pour into your serving bowl, and add fruit and chopped nuts to taste. Cover with seran wrap and refrigerate until it is jelled.
