Prep Time: around 20 including bottling
Difficulty: Easy
Ingredients
6 small heads elderflower OR 3 large heads1-1.5 lb. caster sugar
Juice and rind of 1 large OR 2 small lemons
2 tbsp. white vinegar
1 gal. cold water
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in large container (stainless steel preserving pan ideal). Stir quite thoroughly then replace lid. Leave for 24 hours.Strain then bottle (preferably in glass, corked bottles, however be mindful that corks may pop off due to pressure).
Leave for 1 1/2 - 2 weeks (better if left for 2), and enjoy!

This sounds very good; however, I am curious about where you can buy elderflowers.
Looks like it could be really tasty, I just have a couple of questions.
