Aegnor is the son of Lindal Carnesir and Macilie Undomiel.When he was born,Saruman wanted him and his sister for he knew they would one day be very powerful,being children of the Wandering Elf and the heroic elf Lindal.Their mother was caught by Saruman’s forces as she travelled with his father and uncle to Rivendell with newborn Aegnor and his sister.
She came out of Saruman’s clutches,but barely alive.When Aegnor and Luthien grew up,she told them all about their heritage and why they are so important.They took full responsibility and when their parents journeyed to the West,they became main fighters against evil on Middleearth.They are helped in this by their mother’s cousins Elladan and Elrohir as well as their own cousins Camthalion and Nessa.Aegnor still prefers living in Harlond,although his sister likes Rivendell better,which forces him to travel back and forth all the time.But he enjoys it.
