Age: Twenty and Four
Family: Aerdaneth is the daughter of Celegsîr of Dol Amroth (the son of Adrahil of Dol Amroth, brother to Imrahil) and his wife Môrloth (of the Haradrim).
Weapons: Sword and Bow

Personality: Aerdaneth is of a very quiet nature. Often she sees words as futile. While very silent, she is very compassionate for the misfortunes of others. She has a great love for the sea, and for all things that are beautiful. She often occupies her time merely in thought, dwelling on the wonders of Middle Earth.

Appearance: Aerdaneth inherited her mother's looks--dark eyes, dark hair and naturally tan skin. Her eyes are almond shaped, also resembling her mother. She is of medium height, and lithe in form. Sparse in the chest, thin in the waist, and quick as the deer on the mountains.

History:

Aerdaneth is a niece of Prince Imrahil of Dol Amroth. Her father, Celegsîr, fought in the War of the Ring. Prior to the war, Celegsîr occupied his youth in the pursuit of the Haradrim. He travelled south and long he hunted them, and became a terror unto them, but, by fate, he chanced upon a lone maiden in the night. Her dark eyes enchanted him, her dark hair held him captive, and he made her his wife (not against her will). This woman he called Môrloth, which is “Dark Flower.”

Celegsîr then ended his pursuit of the Haradrim and took Môrloth back to Dol Amroth with him. When the lords of Dol Amroth saw that she was dark skinned and of the Haradrim, they ordered Celegsîr to abandon her. But he would not, for his love was constant. So it was that they cast him out, and would not look upon his face. For the coming of war was then an imminent threat, and in her face they saw only the enemies’ eyes.

So Celegsîr and his dark eyed wife dwelt on the coasts of Belfalas. There Môrloth conceived and bore Aerdaneth, their only daughter. But Môrloth was weak after giving birth, for the labor was long and hard. And Môrloth died only three months after the birth of Aerdaneth. So it was that Celegsîr brought up his only child, his daughter, always on the coasts of Belfalas. And she grew to be a lover of the sea, as her name mentions.

When the war of the ring was begun, Celegsîr faced then a hard choice–fight against his wife’s kin, or be seen as a traitor to his own people. He chose then to fight in the war of the ring, but he would never slay any man of Harad, even if it seemed it would cost him his own life. For when he looked in their dark eyes, he could only see the eyes of his lost lover. So he fought orcs, and when the war was ended, he returned to the coasts of Belfalas, and to Aerdaneth, his daughter.
