Gender: female
Race: human
Height: 5 foot 7
Age: 20
Location: Minas Tirith
Family: parents
Animals: A temperamental strawberry-roan named Sannerig (she calls him San for short).
Weapons: Broadsword, an old one Gerant no longer wanted (it wasn’t showy enough apparently).

Personality: Polite and obedient when needed but Aerwain can be subtly manipulative and knows how to turn on the charm to get what she wants. She is a hand-maiden and one of the royal court’s personal lady-in-waiting and knows her place and is respectful of her lords and ladies. In fact she is most loyal to Gerant, Adrienne, and Aeron. Aerwain has been in love with both Aeron and Gerant on various occasions but knows nothing would ever come of it. She flirts, often shamelessly with Gerant, and teases Aeron when she can, when not forced to be somber and well-behaved. Aerwain is most often serious, hard-working, diligent and dutiful. She does have a stubborn streak and can be feisty when pushed too far. Thankfully it takes quite a lot to offend or irk Aerwain years of putting up with royalty has made her patient and kind. She has a tendency to be a wee bit sarcastic, as much as is permitted, and has a good sense of humour. She is intelligent and well-read for a servant, Gerant always gives her books to read and often when growing up would demand she read things he was supposed to and then tell him what it meant.

Appearance: For a servant Aerwain looks like a lady of the court with her beautiful long raven hair flowing in messy waves to the small of her back. Her eyes are bright hazel and her complexion fair. She is a curvy yet slender maid and dresses simply yet presentably.

History:

Born in Minas Tirith to a hand maiden and a cook, Aerwain grew up in the palace, following her mother around or helping her father chop onions and peel potatoes for a royal feast. She grew up alongside Renault, Aeron, Gerant, and Eria but not with them. Aerwain is very learned in the ways of customs and traditions and knows quite a bit about maps, politics, the outlying lands and boundaries, both physical and professionally due to her proximity with the royal family. She was born into servitude and has known no other life and is accepting of it.
