Personality: Bright and cheerful. Tally as she is often known is pretty innocent when it comes to serious matters but she is also very mischevious.
Appearance: Long, wavy dark brown hair and very dark, wide eyes. Slim and agile. She's taller than your average hobbit, but smaller than your average elf.
History:
Tally’s mother died when she was very young and her father was never there for her. Tally has no idea where he is, or if he’s even still alive. She spends most of her time travelling and can often be seen with her cousin Ruin Took. She is also close friends with Earhiril, the Istari.
