The transfer of the site from the old server went fairly well, although it was incredibly time-consuming! A few things:

– I recommend that you write down the IP address for the site (64.191.20.147) in case the domain name transfer doesn’t go well. The domain name of www.councilofelrond.com should work within a couple of days, but just in case, write the IP address down and use it instead if necessary.

– the journals are currently not working — please do not post in them until I’ve had a chance to fix them. If you do post in there, your entry will be deleted.

– if you come across something on the site that is not working properly (and trust me, you will!) please do not PM me. There’s a thread in the Announcements forum where you can let me know of any problems that you’ve run across, so that I can fix them.
