Electronic Arts, known for the PC Games The Two Towers, and soon to be released in November, The Return of the King, will release a game of the great battles fought during the War of the Ring, Summer 2004.

Howard Shore is going to conduct the Columbus Symphony Orchestra playing music from The Lord of the Rings on March 26th, 2004 in Columbus, Ohio.

Meet Andy Serkis in London!

On Sunday September 28, Andy Serkis will be at a special Borough Market Sunday opening, talking about his role in the film and signing autographs. He has been awarded a Guinness World Record for the ‘Most Expressive Digital Character’ in a film. New Zealand Post – Pictures of RotK stamps

New Zealand Post has just released the official pictures of the new Return of the King Stamps. They are due for release on 5th November but can be pre-ordered.

LotR sandsculptures

On the 21st September the Sand Sculpture Festival took place in Renesse in the Netherlands. One of the topics this year was Lord of the Rings.

Herr-de-Ringe Film shows some of the sculptures created. Most are 3 to 4 metres high and some are over 15 meters wide.
