For those of you using the “Misty Mountains” site theme, you may have noticed a big change in the appearance of your theme! The theme has been revamped to obtain a more updated look. New features include new banner images and new menu blocks complete with the Fellowship of the Ring! You can preview the new look for this theme in the gallery here.

The complete score for The Fellowship of the Ring will be available from 22nd November. The 4 CD set includes over 180 minutes of music, new packaging, new artwork and extensive notes taken from the “The Music Of The Lord Of The Rings Films” (which is due for publication in 2006). The LotR e-post section of Ian McKellen’s official site has been updated. Ian answers a number of questions about LotR including a query about the scene where Gandalf beats Denethor with his staff.
The exhibits for the Lord of the Rings Exhibition have arrived at the Indiana State Museum. You can follow their progress at the museum’s installation blog here.
The Lord of the Rings Exhibition opens at the Indiana State Museum on 6th October 2005 and closes on 3rd January 2006.
Bruce Hopkins, who played Gamling in the LotR movie trilogy, will be attending The Gathering of the Fellowship. This convention will take place in Toronto from 1st to 4th July 2006. There is further information at the official website here.
