"He had a blue coat and a long brown beard; his eyes were blue and bright, and his face was red as a ripe apple, but creased into a hundred wrinkles of laughter."
Over 450,000 people have seen the stage version of The Lord of the Rings which ends its Toronto run on 3rd September. The show will re-open in London in May 2007. You can read the full story here.
I wish i could of gone to see it, only i live in Australia so it is pretty hard, i wonder how they acted and if it really stuck to the real story of the lord of the rings???

I am very proud to say that I am one of those 450,000 people. It was a wonderful show. The music was fantastic and it stuck to the books. They even took some lines directly out of it. It was a wonderful show and I would give my right arm to go see it again.

I really wish I could’ve seen it!
Well, technically, I still could, it doesn’t close until September 3rd and I’m only 3 hours away. But moving back up to college in a week or so doesn’t give me that much time.
Hopefully I will see it next week, that is if I can get tickets. Going to London to see it would be a lot more expensive.
